User Stories are a simple but powerful practice for Agile teams that can unlock so much greatness!
They really help put the customer and the desired outcome at the core of the work for a team and enable better conversations about the value they are delivering and what is “enough”.
In this session we take people through the practice of creating great User Stories and we also dig deep to help them develop the mindset to understand the Why behind them too.
This session works fantastically on its own and it pairs fantastically with a follow up clinic 2 – 4 weeks later to help people workshop questions and queries they uncover when trying to use the practice in their daily work with real customers, teams and stakeholders.
