Requirements
- Participants will be required to read the Scrum Guide and bring 3 key points that they found interesting, puzzling or challenging to attend!
Target audiences
- People who are working with Scrum and would benefit from using a day to reflect on what is working for them and what thye might like to change.
- A team thinking of working with Scrum, stakeholders and leaders are welcome too.
- Anyone trying to work in Agile ways who might like to use this body of knowledge to see if there is anything here of interest to them.
Scrum is a great framework for helping people in organisations to experiment when working with agility. It and provides key roles and touch points for those outside the team too, which helps stakeholders, leadership and teams start from a common baseline.
In this session we will explore the Scrum framework and look at is a body of knowledge to explore where it might be useful for you and help you take an in-depth conscious look at your own ways of working. After this highly interactive slide-free session, you will leave with a good understanding of Scrum if you don’t already have one, ideas for you can help improve your own ways of working in teams and organisations and if you come as a team a great common understanding of what you want to achieve and how you want to work together.
