When working in a leadership role in a modern organisation you need to balance many competing priorities, deliver results, be able to work in a variety of ways, build great teams and work on the organisation not just in it. It is no wonder that time is tight and that we often get caught up in solving today’s problems and delivering this month’s results.
This series of 2 hour coaching sessions, which can be remote or in-person, provides a different space for leadership teams or groups of leaders to think differently and to reflect on their ways of leading to help them create a conscious plan for leading at their best.
This is designed for professionals with a good few years of experience, people who might be less interested in the minutiae of frameworks but want to make space for strategic impactful thinking with their peers.
People coming to this course leave with insights, ideas and actions to dramatically change the way they lead and the results that they are creating from the systems they are part of.
